How to get a tourniquet...
It's best to get one around your own arm with one hand and putting the other end between your teeth and your tongue for the best grip if the tourniquet is thinly shaped. Why close one eye? Try looking at your own shoulder with one eye closed, then the other. Yeah. That's what I thought.
